Abstract

We want to make it easy for you to find a provider in your neighborhood so this dataset contains a directory for Ward 6 that can provide immunizations for free to Medicaid-covered, underinsured and uninsured individuals. The Mission of the Department of Health is to promote and protect the health, safety and quality of life of residents, visitors and those doing business in the District of Columbia. Our responsibilities include identifying health risks; educating the public; preventing and controlling diseases, injuries and exposure to environmental hazards; promoting effective community collaborations; and optimizing equitable access to community resources. Additional information about immunization clinics and services provided by the Department of Health may be found on the DOH website.

Purpose

This dataset has been created by Citywide Data Warehouse program. The mission of the Citywide Data Warehouse is to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making; support executive and agency management in the implementation of business processes which will guarantee access to useful and well-organized information for DC Government workers, non-governmental organizations, and the public.
