| The Shipstead-Luce Act boundary was digitized for use as a basis for determining the possible locations for 'sexually oriented businesses'. Regions within the region enclosed by the boundary as well as areas within 600 feet of the boundary are off-limits to 'sexually oriented business' developers. The resulting map was used as evidence in a suit filed against the Government of the District of Columbia. |
